What is a waist trainer?
A waist trainer is simply a special garment, similar to a corset, that’s used to train your waist to be smaller than it actually is. It works by gradually applying pressure to the area above your waist. As time goes on, the waist trainer can be set to a tighter setting to further train your body to have a smaller waist.

Is waist training dangerous?
Short answer, no. Long answer, anything used without moderation can be dangerous; however, when used correctly, will not result in any danger or harm. The most common danger associated with waist training is bodily harm resulting from a waist trainer that is too tight. Wearing a waist trainer that is too high can result in pain and damage to your body. Please review our sizing chart prior to ordering. While waist trainers may be uncomfortable at times, you should never feel pain. If you feel pain or you find it hard to breathe, please stop wearing your waist trainer immediately and seek medical attention where the symptoms persist.

Does waist training work?
Waist trainers work in two ways. Firstly, our waist trainers our manufactured with high quality cotton and spandex for maximum comfort and durability so that they can be worn under your clothes while at work, at the club, at the gym or around the house. While wearing your waist trainer under your clothes, you will immediately see the desired results. Your body will look toned, tight and smooth as a result of the pressure on your body. Secondly, our waist trainers will train your body to maintain the results even after removal.
What is your return policy?
Here at QueenofWraps our waist trainers are considered under garments we do not generally accept returns; however, we never want our customers to be uncomfortable and therefore if you order the wrong size we will allow you to exchange your waist trainer if you return to us by tracked mail within 10 business days of the delivery date and pay a small processing fee and the actual shipping cost of sending the new correctly sized waist trainer back to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds where a customer orders in the incorrect size.
